It stands for "Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary" You'll be needing this for your blog/website so that readers can easily find you and subscribe to your daily post. The first thing you need to do id you like to get one is go to http://feedburner.google.com/ or if you don't like to use this site you may just type the word feed burner to google to search for more feed burner sites.
The second step is to enter your blog address and click the next button for instructions.
Upon clicking next, Feedburner will give you the possible feed address for your site and you need to choose one and click next again.
The fourth step is to claim your Feed just click next for instruction on how to claim it and now you are ready to intergrate your feeds to your blog account.
